ZEN Retreat Hoi An

Zen retreat is excellent! The rooms are spacious with air con and scented diffuser, huge comfy bed, great hot & high pressure shower and beautiful bath. The views of the lake and surrounding rice fields are gorgeous. The location is quiet and tranquil and the pool is lovely. Finally, the staff are amazing!! They go out of their way to be accommodating, speak really good English, recommended beautiful restaurants and helped with bookings. The in-room massage was superb! 10/10 and we would definitely return again when in Hoi An.

The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. Always smiling and offering to help - they really go the extra mile to make your stay special. They genuinely care and that shows! The rooms are lovely, spacious and with a great view. Lots of how water to enjoy baths with a view! Free bike rental and shuttle to Hoi an old town. Only improvement would be breakfast, unfortunately there were a lot of flies around the food at the buffet. For a small, quiet relaxing stay outside of the old town with great service I 100% recommend Zen retreat.

We spent a very nice moment at this hotel. The room is very clean, beautiful with a perfect view. The garden, pool, lake are perfect. Here, people take care of you, giving you umbrella, asking for a driver and organize everything for you with good advices. Thank you very much.

What stood out the most was the amazing staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made me feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Zen Retreat Hotel in Hoi An was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, surprised me with beautiful leaf and flower art on my birthday, and offered great recommendations plus a free shuttle to the city center. Clean rooms, excellent facilities, and a delicious breakfast — highly recommend!
