GoogleThe best yoga studio in Kitsilano! YYOGA Kitsilano has the best atmosphere and class schedule I’ve ever experienced. Most studios have a gap between 1 PM and 3 PM, but they actually offer classes during that time, which gives me so much more flexibility to plan my day. I usually take two classes back-to-back. The 30-60 minute break in between is perfect—I can either catch up on some work in their cozy lounge or grab a coffee and take a stroll nearby. It’s such a relaxing ritual. I especially love the Yin Yoga sessions here; they work wonders on my stiff neck and shoulders every single time. I’ve even picked up several poses that I can practice at home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful escape! 😎
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ YYoga Kitsilano is Top-Tier Super clean studio with great amenities. The men’s locker room is excellent, and the cold showers are perfect after hot classes. The water station is a gem — actually cold water, fast fill, no lineup. The sauna is clean and relaxing. Parking in Kits can be tough, so come a bit early; the 2-hour side-street spots are your best bet. Jess Dexter is one of the strongest instructors here. Confident flow, great sequencing, solid playlist, and her classes fill up fast — book ahead as walk-in= waitlist. I’m finishing my monthly membership pass at Modo, and this will be my next monthly for sure. YYoga Kitsilano has the vibe, the facilities, and the instruction to back it up.
