Pranayama Retreat – 10 Days I have absolutely no regrets about deciding to join this program. The classes were perfectly organized and beautifully balanced. The schedule was designed exceptionally well, with enough space for us to truly return to ourselves. After each morning practice, there was free time to rest. This allowed me to be with myself, to reflect on what I had learned and practiced. The teachers are highly knowledgeable, skilled, and truly professional. The location is surrounded by mountains and trees, creating a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. The school is clean and very pleasant to study in. During breaks, fresh fruit and tea were provided for us as well. What I gained from this program is clearly visible in my physical health. My digestion has improved, and my sleep quality is much better. On a mental and emotional level, I was able to release and unlock many things that had been stuck inside like accumulated waste. My thoughts felt lighter and freer. I discovered a genuine space of happiness within myself — unconditional happiness. No need to think, expect, long for, or chase anything. Just being still and quiet is already enough to feel happy. From the bottom of my heart, I truly encourage everyone to join this 10-day program and complete the full course. You will clearly see profound changes in both your body and your mind.

The teacher is highly knowledgeable and especially experienced in yoga philosophy, which helped me clearly understand the principles of the practice and how pranayama connects and harmonizes the mind and body in a very profound way. During the program, we also had the opportunity to meditate by the banks of the Ganges River, a sacred river with an incredibly beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. It was a truly special experience. The teacher took very good care of us throughout the entire program. I would highly recommend that you come and practice here, because you will gain so much in return — especially in terms of your mental and physical well-being.

With a full heart, I recommend Yoganga healing retreats. I just completed the 10 day pranayama and it was such a beautiful immersive experience. The 3 teachers are excellent - bringing not only knowledge, but immense kindness, compassion and laughter. Group sizes are small to allow for personalisation and, I felt truly cared for. I had the most wonderful retreat with Sunil and his team. I am so grateful to have found Sunil through my coach who bragged on how incredible he is. Sunil is truly a dynamic human who is able to teach profoundly in simple form. I came for the Nidra yoga retreat and thought maybe I'll tap into a mystical experience after so much meditation as I have in the past.
