Yogamama accompanied me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. Practicing with Manuela during pregnancy is like taking another prenatal course in terms of body and movement. She is an empathetic and knowledgeable teacher, capable of creating well-being from the very first meeting. She offers courses for mothers and children (even very young ones), as well as meetings with pediatricians and other professionals, offering comprehensive and invaluable support.

The couples sessions were equally precious: moments of authentic sharing that helped us strengthen our bond and truly feel like a team while awaiting our baby. I learned about Manuela's pregnancy yoga class through a friend who had previously attended it and highly recommended it. Manuela is a highly knowledgeable and incredibly kind teacher. Taking her class helped me navigate my pregnancy with serenity, increase my awareness and confidence in my body's potential, and connect with the baby growing inside me. The class is available both in person and online, and there's also the option of receiving a recording of the yoga practice if you're unable to attend. Taking the classes in person certainly has the added benefit of sharing, but the class is also easy to follow from home, and Manuela is always equally present and attentive, even with those who aren't present. Furthermore, Yogamama is part of a network of professionals (midwife, osteopath, pediatrician, nutritionist, naturopath) who help mothers never feel alone. Being part of this network, attending the events they organize, and being able to consult these professionals whenever I needed them was crucial for me. It made me feel safe and made me more prepared and aware both before and after giving birth. Yogamama doesn't end with the birth; it's a journey that accompanies the mother and her future children even after birth. I can't wait to return to Manuela with my baby and attend her maternity and baby yoga classes together! Having discovered Manuela's Yogamama was a real blessing, and I highly recommend her to all mothers!
