My weekly one-hour yoga session with Juliet is my one hour of peace - away from work, away from the kids - a moment to relax and focus on myself. It's truly wonderful to have such a beautiful yoga studio right on my doorstep and to be taught by such a brilliant, kind, firm, yet funny teacher.
