GoogleHad a fantastic 90-minute session with Den. Doing yoga right in front of the beach made the experience feel even more special and serene. Den is an amazing instructor who knows how to perfectly balance relaxation with physical challenge. She pushed us to try new things while making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Great atmosphere and great energy!
We stayed in Aonang for few days and decided to do something diffent, so we booked yoga class on the beach. And it was the best yoga classes weβve ever had! Our tacher Den made this evening really special. Our group was on so many different levels in yoga but Den still managed to make all of us feel seen and taken care of. She was very kind, patient and proffesional. We even tried hand stands for the first time! When I think about my trip to Thailand, yoga classes with Den is the thing that I miss the most π€ If anyone hesitates - donβt! Itβs the most beautiful memory You can collect π€

It was a beautiful afternoon when we had an amazing yoga session on Ao Nang Beach with Den. We booked it the day before after seeing a similar class taking place, and weβre so glad we did. Thereβs no need to bring anything β mats, water, and towels are all provided and ready for you. Den has fantastic energy and is an excellent teacher. The 90-minute session was very well structured and surprisingly comprehensive. As the sun began to set halfway through, the atmosphere became even more special, and we couldnβt resist taking a few photos. To make it even better, a very friendly dog wandered over and joined us. He clearly loves attention and cuddles β we had actually seen him doing the same thing the day before :-) Highly recommended!
Den was so supportive and knowledgeable- her clear instructions allowed me to get my first crow pose and head stand after ive been trying with other teachers for months! The longer 90 minute session allowed a good amount of warm up time before going into the faster flow , so the session felt much less rushed than a 60 minute session, this along with the beach as a setting made for a perfect way to start the day π Would definitley recommend
