Gaylia is a supurb yoga instructor who has a natural ability to guide her classes with an extremely calm, soft and gentle flow. Highly recommended if you need to rid yourself of your daily stress and monkey brain π
Had a great morning class with Gaylia! A mindful practice focused on being kind to yourself and where youβre at. The space was also great with a connected set up. Would definitely recommend to and will be attending regularly.
I just participated in the monthly Yin Yoga class, and it was an incredibly nourishing experience for both body and soul. It was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the weekend and prepare for the week ahead. I loved how gentle yet deeply effective the stretches were, allowing me to tune into my body and heart with intention. Keen to attend the next one. Thank you Gaylia, it was a beautiful practice. It felt safe and gave me a lasting sense of peace. The location is great too, with easy parking and an unpretentious crisp, light and simple feel.
Gaylia has created a space that is incredibly welcoming. I was drawn to the guided mindfulness practices as I have never tried yoga. I have a spinal injury so I canβt always do the poses but donβt feel judged or pressured.
