I HIGHLY recommend Julia's classes for anyone expecting. I attended Julia's prenatal yoga in my second and third trimesters, active birth workshop and first 6 weeks workshop. I was quite nervous going into my first pregnancy but attending Julia's yoga classes and workshops gave me the knowledge, skills and confidence to have a positive birthing experience. Yoga was weekly highlight (and continually reinforced by doctors/midwives as a very positive activity during pregnancy). Julia is very knowledgeable and has the most amazing positive, supportive and calming manner about her. I'm now looking forward to going attending post-natal classes in the new year.

I did a term of Julia's pregnancy yoga class and it was so beneficial! She is so warm and approachable. I really enjoyed all the yoga movements (very gentle and suitable for all levels - I had never done yoga before) plus learning about methods to cope with contractions etc. But what I think was the most beneficial was the supportive and encouraging space to talk about pregnancy and birth! I started the class around 16 weeks and it really helped me create a positive mindset and confidence around birth from early in my pregnancy. So grateful πŸ’› Also made some new friends. I actually moved to another pregnancy yoga class for the following term (to attend classes with a friend) and I totally regret not staying in Julia's class for another term as I enjoyed it so much more!

I have done Julia's pre and post natal classes with all three of my children and I can not speak highly enough of her classes and the support she's provided me with. Classes with Julia are so much more than just yoga. Julia creates a calm, energising and informative space where women can get some gentle movement in and learn about what to expect when it comes to childbirth and the postpartum period. She is also a wealth of information and has provided me with great contacts within the community to seek further support from. I have absolutely loved coming back to see Julia with my subsequent pregnancies and am so thankful for her support throughout each of my pre and post natal periods.

I did pre and post natal yoga with Julia and I couldn't recommend her classes more. Julia is warm, generous and kind and creates a really welcoming and safe environment. Her classes prepare you so well for birth and help get you moving again post-birth. If we have another baby the first thing I'll do is sign up for some more prenatal yoga with Julia.

I highly recommend Julia's prenatal yoga class and active birth workshop. I attended the prenatal classes for 2 terms during my second pregnancy. Julia is so warm and knowledgeable. Each class was different but built on what we'd learnt previously. I found it so nice to be doing something for myself (which is hard with a toddler) and a good opportunity to connect with this pregnancy. With the classes and active birth workshop, I'm feeling more prepared/relaxed heading into this birth.
