Yoga Box

Such a great yoga spot! I tried a few classes and absolutely loved the whole experience. Hot yoga is intense but the best! The staff/instructors were super welcoming and the space felt clean and just overall great vibes. I tried the vinyasa flow and restorative- both were excellent. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Yoga Box!! It is my favorite heated sculpt workout and it is always such a fun class. I love the La Jolla location! It is clean and spacious. Every instructor I have had has been amazing and energetic. I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try out something new!

I highly recommend Yoga Box! The classes are great, as well as the instructors. They are always kind, offer help when needed in your practice, and very knowledgable. I love the different class offerings, they have so many classes, its great for my schedule. The membership and cost of classes is very reasonable, definitely worth it! Love it here!

I've enjoyed my experiences at Yoga Box in Tierrasanta. I mostly attend the the Power Flow Vinyasa classes here which I find to be great. I've tried a few Yoga Sculpt classes, but that type of cardio class with free weights in a highly heated room isn't for me. I've been attending classes at this location for over a year, and it still seems pretty clean with props in good condition. The class times are convenient and there's always plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and instructors are consistent which I appreciate. If you're looking for a studio that fosters inclusivity and supports your individual practice, then I highly recommend!
