I’ve been training with Rajesh for about six months now, with twice-weekly one-hour sessions that combine yoga and meditation. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. Rajesh tailors our sessions to my beginner level, always mindful of my limitations while encouraging me to gently push past them. Arun is one of the best Yoga trainers I met and he can understand each person's body capabilities and limitations and designs the module accordingly. I did make good progress in mobility after Arun's classes and unfortunately had to move back to India.
