GoogleDid my first Pilates class with Debi and she is amazing! Her expertise shines through, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. The sessions are well-balanced, challenging yet accessible. I also discovered her home made sauerkraut (wow!) in the wellness area—delicious and a pleasant surprise for gut health. My favourite is the roasted jalapeño & garlic flavour that goes perfectly with a braai! Excited to continue this journey to fitness and well-being!
I have gained back so much flexibility, mobility and confidence since being part of Debi's Pilatus class at her Wellness Studio. After a rather traumatic total hip replacement a year ago, I decided on pilatus as my way of training trying to strengthen overall mobility and my core. Being limited to certain movements, I was rather sceptical, at first and questioned myself whether I would benefit by this type of training at all. Man..... was I amazed!!!! These classes have changed my entire being! I have been taught to breath and really listen and acknowledge my own body each and everyday, from my toes right up to the crown of my head. With each movement, notice the difference and the signals your body is sending you. I cant go without these classes weekly and plan around them to ensure I at least attend twice a week, practicising some moves on my own on the alternative days. Debi's bubbly personality contributes to her as mentor and coach. Being well trained and very knowledgeable in her field, I am at ease when she gives me advice and guides me. She has a way.of connecting uniquely to everyone in class, authentically interested in each one's wellbeing and with effort always impacting positively at each class. This I love of her. This is more than pilatus, although exhausted after a tough class, I always leave with a happy heart, a good exhale after a long inhale together with a Happy sigh! Too many many more. Loving my Pilates classes with Debi! She is amazing! Bringing such great energy to every session. I always look forward to each class as Debi challenges us in the best way possible, all while keeping it fun and lighthearted. Every session leaves me with a smile on my face and a new sense of appreciation for what my body can achieve!
Debi is an exceptional Pilates instructor! Her deep knowledge of the body and her mastery of Pilates techniques have helped me manage my pain and significantly increased my flexibility. Each session with her is a perfect blend of challenge and support, tailored to my individual needs and goals. Her positive energy and encouragement make every class enjoying and motivating. If you are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Pilates instructor (and overall wonderful human being!!), I highly recommend Debi!
I highly highly recommend Debi’s class. I can only do one class per week but if it were up to me, I would do 3-5. She knows what she is doing, very professional and bubbly. I have learnt so much, I can see and feel the difference. I mostly do the class with Debi but the other ladies in the Wellness Collective are amazing as well. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
