Vinyasa Yoga Ashram is one of Rishikesh's most established and highly rated yoga schools, located in the tranquil Tapovan area of Upper Rishikesh. The ashram offers Yoga Alliance (USA) certified 100-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour and 500-hour multi-style teacher training courses covering Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing, Pre & Post Natal yoga, and Kundalini. Programs run every month of the year.
