Absolutely love it here. I’ve taken hot yoga with Rose as well as Hiiro, as I’d been to his classes at another studio and adored it so I had to follow him here too! I deeply appreciate the environment the studio creates, everyone is warm and welcoming & Ive found the instructors create a really positive, safe space that allows me to deepen my practice.

First time at Vancity Yoga. I went to the Hot Vinyasa Flow class with Steve and had an amazing experience. When you book a class on their website, they send you an intro email with what to expect at the studio. I found this extremely helpful and I think it added to the experience even before visiting the studio. The studio is really cozy. They have big lockers in the changing room but you need to bring your own lock (or you can borrow one if you forgot yours). I attended a hot class and the room was really spacious. I had enough space to freely move around on my mat which is a plus because not all studios have that. Steve is a knowledgeable instructor and he made sure we are doing the poses right by giving us cues or helping us make adjustments. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and I’ll be back for more classes.

I’m an active cyclist but have been away from Pilates for years (ok, decade+) but Vancity Yoga has made the return welcoming and easy. The awesome pilates classes of Bree Hayden (hot room) and Chelsea (reg room) are now a highlight of my week and a core part of my fitness routine! Every week, they meet me where I am while giving options to challenge myself — all to great beats and supportive vibes. And the studio is light, bright, sparklingly clean and with excellent shower amenities. (Oh, and did I mention I’m down 5lbs in 2months and can see my abs again). Cant recommend them all enough!

The most cozy yet aesthetically pleasing studio! I think the biggest bonus point is how clean the floors and amenities are, making you feel at ease. Right when you get to the studio there are designated shoe cubbies and coat hangers. All of the heated classes are amazing, highly recommend especially the Ignite which is their classical and contemporary Pilates class ❤️

I did hot Vinyasa with Proshat. She was amazing. so caring and attentive, always making sure our poses were done correctly. I left the class feeling fully stretched, opened up, and energized for the day. Loved the flow and the vibe. Highly recommend.
