Vai yoga is an absolute gem of a place to learn yoga and Rachel is the best yoga teacher I have come across. She is very welcoming, friendly, caring and positive. The ambience of the studio is really good and also very relaxing. I love the setting of smaller classes. The prices are very reasonable. I have been attending Hatha and Yin classes and have experienced a significant improvement in my flexibility, strength, balance and posture. I have attended the Hatha class for beginners twice. Rachel is a fantastic instructor. I don't feel pressured to do anything I don't feel able to do and the pace is great to be able to keep up with. I also have back issues and Rachel always makes sure to enquire about how it is and make sure I don't push myself too much. The music, lighting and studio in general has a very calm atmosphere and I love going. The price is also very reasonable and I love the times available. Fits in with my busy schedule with a toddler. Highly recommend.

Vai Yoga is the absolute best! I cannot recommend them enough. Rachel, Ryan & all the instructors are all so lovely, genuine folks and absolute experts. I've learnt so much detail about the benefits to the body, of each move. Every class is different, and this keeps it interesting, with so many variations in flow.
