I started at Tunnel Pilates in mid-December, and have had incredible results so far. I have severe hypermobility in both my shoulders and my left hip, which used to cause constant day-to-day pain and kept me from sleeping through the night. After just three months of consistent classes, my daily pain has completely vanished. For the first time in a long time, I can lie flat and sleep through the night without interruption. The instructors are amazing —they are incredibly diligent about form and always offer the specific modifications I need. I’ve never left a class feeling dejected, instead, I feel stronger and supported. I cannot recommend Tunnel enough!

Everyone from the front desk to the instructor was very welcoming and friendly, and this congeniality permeates throughout the studio - I had some questions about things (ex. towels, showers) and other class-goers were quick to help me. The class was challenging, so I really appreciated the instructor, Amanda, providing modifications for people more at my level. Her adjustments to my form were also very helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great pilates experience :)

My favorite pilates studio in Vancouver. The space is nice and the rooms are on the smaller side so you really get alot of attention/hands on adjustments from the instructors. They are all very kind and extremely knowledgeable (especially Kelly and Amanda). Also the mat classes here are by far the most challenging mat classes I've ever done.
