GoogleI’ve been really enjoying this Pilates studio. The instructors are lovely and create such a supportive atmosphere. The classes are a great mix of challenging but still achievable, so you feel like you’ve worked hard without being overwhelmed. Everyone in the classes is also friendly and welcoming, which makes it a really comfortable place to go. I also do the red light therapy and cryo here, and it’s been a great experience. The person who runs it is so friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. Overall, just a genuinely nice place to work out and take care of yourself.
Seems like a really nice community and the instructors are lovely. Great intro offer which I would highly recommend trying so you learn the class schedule and the pilates style (there is a countdown timer for exercises). There unfortunately are only two beginners classes which are at 10:30am Tuesday and Thursdays which is very limiting. Only morning classes on Friday and Saturdays and no classes on Sundays. No lunchtime classes available to fit in a lunch break. But otherwise enjoyable classes if you can make the schedule work.
I was new to Truform Pilates, and the studio made me feel instantly welcome and comfortable. It’s a beautiful space with friendly, kind, and knowledgeable instructors who create a really supportive environment. Highly recommend!
I have had 5 excellent Pilates sessions at TruForm Pilates. I have programmed 3 sessions a week into my regular routine because my body is so much the better for it. The Saturday morning stretch class irons out all the wrinkles from my week which includes a couple sessions at Pickleball. The studio is well laid out and spotlessly clean and all the instructors not only show there competence but are very friendly to boot. I highly recommend Pilates for any age group and TruForm Studio to anyone wanting to give Pilates a try.
