The Yoga Social offers affordable Yoga classes to suit everyone. We offer a variety of Yoga classes from Power, Flow, Align, Restorative and Yin - from beginners to advanced. Wherever you are in your Yoga practice,  The Yoga Social is a safe and comfortable place to practice Yoga. 

We also offer superior Yoga education and training for everyone, from full time advanced Yoga teacher training to short courses for beginners. Our goal is to create an environment where people can learn and grow as students, teachers and community focused brothers and sisters. 

One class per week will be by donation, and the money raised will go toward a chosen Melbourne charity which we will connect with and support for 3 months. Every 3 months this charity will change. 

The Yoga Social is also a social hub for Yogi's to meet up, talk Yoga and hang out (sipping tea of course).
