It was such a great experience. We were celebrating our baby's first anniversary and when we mentioned that to the front desk they ensured we had balloons and a ted bear waiting for her in her room. It was such an wonderful details and it made our day. The hotel is amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, the swimming pool was warm, the amenities around the hotel were also impressive. The food was also great and all the staff incredibly kind. We will definitely return to spend more days there in the future.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The seafood dinner buffet was outstanding, with excellent quality and variety, and the breakfast spread was huge, offering something for everyone. Our room was very cozy, clean, and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat for our family. A special thanks to the Housekeeping team, especially Deepak and Maria, for maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout our stay. At Vibe, Ahmed provided great service, and Chef Nizam at the live seafood grilling counter impressed us with both his food and interaction. The sweet and welcoming hostess Caroline made dining even more pleasant. The Front Office team deserves special appreciation — Abhishek, Widad, Chris, Zia, and Mohandas were all warm, professional, and extremely helpful. Our daughter had a lovely time at the Kids Club, thanks to Michelle, and our toddler especially enjoyed the pool, which was very family-friendly. Most importantly, thank you to the entire team for making my wife’s birthday so special with beautiful celebrations and a lovely surprise room setup. These thoughtful gestures truly touched us. Overall, we are very happy and grateful for this memorable stay and would highly recommend The Retreat Palm Dubai to families and couples looking for a relaxing and joyful experience. 🌴✨

The best hotel I’ve stayed at and the one that’s made me an Accor Member and fan since 2022. The property provides a personalized ‘concierge service’ for all guests. The team was aware of my late checkin and Naveed helped me accommodate a wonderful check in and also made me and my wife feel truly valuable. We had multiple members of staff who were amazing, from Naveed to Caroline and Amjad. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were appreciated. Come here when you come to Dubai. I know I’ll be back again soon.

I Choosed retreat for my Valentine Dinner with my wife. And we both loved @Vibe. Foods were amazing. Our Table was set beautifully. And i am very thankful for the bouquet of Rose for us. it made my wife very happy. Desserts were amazing. Big Shout out to Caroline for the amazing assistant from beggining to the end of our dine in. She has amazing smile. And Special thanks to each and every staff member who worked hard to made that night possible. You guys deserves more credit than anyone. We recently stayed at The Retreat for my partners 30th birthday. The staff very kindly left a happy birthday message and complimentary cake in our room on arrival which made it even more special! The room was incredibly spacious, bed comfortable and everything you could possibly need. The room was clean and a big thanks to Ram from housekeeping who was always on hand for anything we needed. The breakfast was lovely with a large selection, and we ate on the private beach twice during our stay. I would recommend the club sandwich, it was delicious. All staff were professional and friendly There was construction on to which our balcony faced but it did not bother us. The noise was minimal and didn’t have a negative impact on our stay. Overall would definitely recommend staying at The Retreat.
