The Pilates Way is incredible — and Lizzie is truly the best. Every class at The Pilates Way is thoughtful, challenging, and empowering, but Lizzie’s sessions are next level. She is so knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive, making sure everyone feels confident while still pushing you to get the most out of your workout. Her cues are clear, her energy is amazing, and you always leave feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body. The studio has such a welcoming, uplifting vibe, and the sense of community is something really special. Since coming here, I’ve noticed huge improvements in my strength, posture, and overall wellbeing. This pilates studio is exceptionally well appointed with three different types of reformers, Stability Chair and Core Align. But the equipment is not the star, the teachers are. Rena has not only inspired me to address underlying patterns of behaviour and movement that have been holding me back, but has replaced old patterns with new beneficial ones. Renas' style of teaching differs from Lizzies and I enjoy my sessions with both equally. I have been supported by this studio greatly while awaiting a total hip replacement. Renas knowledge of movement and anatomy will come to the for once my hip has been replaced and I am greatly looking forward to her support and teaching post operation to return my gait and even improve it to dancer level of movement. I am recommending this studio and both Lizzie and Rena to friends, some of whom have started attending the studio too.
