I absolutely love coming here. The atmosphere is super welcoming and the instructors are amazing β€” always kind, attentive, and great at correcting your form without making you feel pressured. The classes go by so fast and you really feel the difference in your body. The studio is clean, calm, and just a lovely place to train 🩡

I joined Pilates Lab for the Mum & Bubs reformer class and it’s been a great way to ease back into fitness post-partum. Of course having the babies in class can be a bit chaotic at times but we manage!

I had my Reformer Pilates class with Ruth this morning and she's just so fantastic. It's reassuring that she's so knowledgeable about my recently diagnosed conditions (Hypermobile EDS and POTS) and really makes me feel more comfortable and confident with each class. I struggle with anxiety as well so trying something new like this was a bit daunting. I've only been to a few classes so far, but Ruth has been so patient and kind with me. It means a lot and I really connect with her way of teaching. The Pilates Lab team as a whole have just been so warm, welcoming and professional, that it really makes you want to come back and push yourself further.
