GoogleParking sucks in the area. Building is very secure must be buzzed in from outside take an elevator up to the 2nd floor then walk to another door to be buzzed in again. Good size waitong room, they usually put on a movie for who ever is waiting to be seen. Ask how u can get a free metrocard with your insurance card when you first check in.
