I have only just started with Studio Pilates at Newstead, but I am thoroughly loving the classes. The instructors are always very inviting and ensure we all have a great experience. I love having the visual exercises shown throughout the class, I find this really helps me correct my form and keep me motivated. On top of this, the studio is very beautiful and the equipment is always clean and working. I would 100% recommend attending Studio Pilates Newstead!
