The instructors are welcoming & supportive. I have already noticed improvement in my strength and flexibility. This studio is fabulous. They offer a great workout that you can easily follow along. The instructor is there to help & correct your form. The studio is lovely & very clean. So fun.. you can work within your own limits. The class went fast. I will be back!
Lovely welcoming staff. Workouts are tough. Was the only make in most classes, but felt very welcomed by the local crew. Highly recommend Studio Pilates Coolangatta
Excellent classes @ studio Pilates Coolangatta, great exercises for full body, building strength and flexibility. I thoroughly recommend the instructors, who ensure correct posture etc while performing the exercises. As well as a fun group to workout with.
Studio Pilates is fantastic for a great workout. All the instructors are really friendly & supportive. It doesnβt matter what level of fitness you are as you adjust the workout to your level. I noticed how much stronger my core felt very quickly & I am always looking forward to my next work out!!
