Studio 220 is such a fantastic addition to Epping High Street. The space is brand new, beautifully set up, and fully air-conditioned. The instructors are excellent and make everyone feel welcome. I regularly attend Mel’s classes, which are always fun and suitable for all levels, while still giving a great challenge for regulars on the Reformer such as myself. It’s a relaxed and friendly space where I’ve really enjoyed connecting with like-minded people in the community. I'm looking forward to trying mat pilates and Gong and Sound Bath Healing next.

I have been going to Studio 220 since it opened in June and honestly it has changed my life!! I don’t know what I did before Pilates. Beautiful space with lovely instructors and amazing classes. Georgia and Katie’s classes are specifically fab and they tailor to all levels. So convenient as they have 7am classes so I can go before work. Take this as your sign to go!!! (You will get addicted very quickly)

Studio220 Reform Pilates is such a special place. The studio itself is beautifully decorated and has a really unique, welcoming feel. The atmosphere is always relaxed, and the instructors are not only friendly but also really attentive — because the groups are small, you get so much more focus and guidance. Lauren, the owner, couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. She makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. Since starting classes here, I’ve noticed such a positive difference in both my weight and body. I also had the chance to try a sound bath at the studio, and wow — it was a truly fantastic experience. I’m so looking forward to spending more time here and continuing my journey at this amazing place!

A beautiful environment for a Reformer Pilates class that was relaxed, focused, and friendly. A supportive atmosphere that eased me into my first class, and has continued to challenge me to progress.
