I have loved coming to pilates at Strong since I started over 2 years ago! The studio and classes are awesome but even better are the instructors and the atmosphere. There is no judgement no matter what skill/fitness level you start with. The whole team are great at modifying exercises, encouraging throughout class and making you feel welcome. It’s made a huge difference for me and it’s a big part of the reason I’ve kept coming. Keep up the great work team!

This is the most welcoming fitness environment I’ve experienced. The staff are amazing—always happy to answer questions and offer alternative moves when needed. They gently push you past your “I can’t do that” moments with friendly and kind support. The workouts target muscles I haven't used in other fitness activities, and I’ve never felt the overall body strength I have since joining Strong.
