Came to Strong South Freo whilst on holidays over Christmas and was so impressed! The instructors were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. The space was beautiful, clean with stretching space, shower amenities and even a coffee machine! The workouts, as usual with Strong, were great and exactly what I wanted mid Christmas cheer. Highly reccomened this studio.

I always love coming to Strong Pilates in South Freo! For starters, the studio is always so clean. The classes are always a good challenge and the instructors always give options for more or less. I find this so good as a lot of fitness studios have a “one exercise fits all” approach. Definitely not the case here!! I always leave feeling strong, energized and accomplished. Don’t start coming here unless you want to get seriously addicted!

100% Addicted from the very start. My goal was to attend 3 classes/week. I’ve doubled it, many thanks to the amazing humans at Strong South Fremantle. It’s a community of people supporting and respecting each other. The strong studio is what I feel is a safe space. There are no barriers and the trainers are really attentive of each members goals and helping every strong human achieve them. The studio itself is very clean and modern, equipped with everything you need before and after your workout. No session is complete without the cold towel “reward” passed around by the trainers, which is always welcome and very well deserved. The protein shake bar and self serve coffee machine is always a nice touch too. Especially when starting the day. Strong South Fremantle… you guys totally rock

Have been going to Strong South Freo for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it! It’s the first place I’ve been able to feel comfortable going on my own consistently! The mix of Pilates, strength and cardio means no class is ever the same and is never boring! I love how I feel after and what a positive impact it’s made on my day and week overall! The little extras like cold towels, coffee and protein are the cherry on top! 10/10!

I joined Strong South Fremantle for strong week. It’s been a lovely experience so far, the staff are helpful and supportive and it feels like a real community here. The mix of weight training and HIIT makes my body feel so strong! I will definitely be staying past the week! The hydration station including complimentary coffee and protein powder is a nice touch.
