They are great are pumping up the 5am class when we are all still waking up and really take the time to come around to everyone individually to correct form, which I really appreciate. Loving my journey so far & truly feeling STRONGer with every class!
Absolutely obsessed with this studio... This place has completely transformed how I feel about fitness, my mom core is ACTIVATED. The glute-focused days are my absolute favourite — I leave feeling strong, sculpted, and totally energised. The instructors are truly 5 stars across the board — knowledgeable, motivating, and always bringing great vibes to every class. Special shout out to Kenzie and Nicola who consistently go above and beyond to make each session fun and challenging. Okay, I’ll admit it… I still don’t love the erg (who does?!), but everything else more than makes up for it. The studio is clean, welcoming, and has such a supportive community. If you're thinking about trying Pilates, this is the place to be. Highly recommend, especially for the cold towel at the end of each workout...
I've been attending STRONG Pilates for a few months now, and it's hands down one of the best workouts I've ever done. The combination of reformer Pilates and cardio bursts on the rower/bike keeps every class dynamic, challenging, and super effective. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and really attentive to form. I love that every session is different, so it never feels repetitive. The studio itself is always clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere — high energy but still welcoming. Whether you're a Pilates regular or looking for a fresh way to train, I highly recommend giving STRONG a go. You'll feel the burn, but in the best way possible
