I’ve been at STRONG Modbury for a few weeks now and have enjoyed my time so far! The instructors are very friendly and the environment is very welcoming. My dad and I have been going to class together and we have enjoyed every class. It can be hard work sometimes but it’s worth it in the end. I've been training at STRONG Modbury since March, and have never looked back since! I was initially nervous to start so i booked a beginner class, where Shelby immediately made me feel welcome and supported. From there i have become absolutely obsessed with the STRONG method and have been going to 5-6 classes every week since! Every trainer is so helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and motivating. They take the time to thoroughly explain each exercise and support you throughout the entire class. I love the sense of community here and everyone i have talked to is super friendly. I love how the classes are a combination of strength, pilates and cardio and are always different, so its never boring, which makes it easier to stay consistent. You also get a cold towel at the end of each class! Training at strong has increased my motivation for fitness so much, and i couldn't be more grateful. For anyone that wants to get started, my advice is to just give it a try and I'm sure you will become as obsessed as I am! I can't stop talking about strong (its kinda my entire personality at this point!) and recommending it to everyone i know!

I love that these Pilates workouts have a cardio component to them aswell. I have been to other Pilates studios before but I personally feel my workouts need cardio to feel like I’ve completed my exercise for the day. It’s a fantastic space with a great feel and vibe. Trainers are very welcoming and helpful to someone like myself who didn’t regularly do Pilates classes before and still feel like a beginner.
