GoogleSTRONG Joondalup is amazing! I love the combination of cardio, strength and Pilates, really giving a whole body focus in every session! The high intensity, low impact workouts are a winner! The team are super supportive and really make you feel like one of the family! The way they celebrate member milestones and achievements adds such a positive and welcoming vibe.
I was initially hesitant to go to strong at Joondalup. As someone with low fitness the idea of cardio, strength and Pilates was daunting. However the layered classes and positive focus on harnessing my strength has made these classes addictive. The instructors are welcoming and supportive and willing to push you but also modify to your needs. For anyone wondering if it’s worth it, it absolutely is!
Strong Joondalup is quite simply the best there is. I have tried so many gyms and training apps but never got the results I wanted or met so many lovely people. The owners, the trainers, the staff and all of the members are beautiful. The childcare section is so lovely that my kids always want to come with me. It is an amazing space to train and connect with others. To anyone thinking of trying it, give it a go - you won’t be sorry. ❤️
Strong Pilates is a sanctuary of fitness. I've been a member since the team opened, had to take 6 months off post surgery recovery where they allowed me suspend my membership and return when ready. The Instructors are equipped, prepared and surprisingly super happy even at the 5am sessions. Guidance, instruction, technic correction and most of all the time keepers of all the blocks! I don't think I'll ever enjoy the phrase, 5 seconds remaining! The best part is they will break you, and then rebuild you - STRONGER! Pun intended. Great member base, connected with so many amazing people. Facilities and offerings are on point - clean and simple. Eucalyptus cold towels post session definitely a highlight!
Strong is amazing! The instructors are brilliant and knowledgeable, the classes are challenging in the best way, and the studio is always spotless. I’ve never felt stronger or more motivated! Liana (owner) has been so great to deal with, nothing is too much trouble - unlike other gyms she’s very accommodating:) Thank you Lianne Gwyther-Jones
