I honestly feel grateful to be a part of this beautiful community, everytime I walk through those doors. Every session has been an absolute punish, that I've had to sweat, swear (to myself) and struggle through, but the instructors and owner, have always managed a laugh and smile, out of me too! I'm just over 50 sessions in and 3 months down, but I just want to say thank you for the positive impact, you incredible peeps have had on my life. Cheers, Austin :)
I absolutely LOVE Strong Hope Island! From the moment you walk in, the energy is incredible. The team is so friendly, encouraging, and genuinely welcoming. It feels like you’re part of a community, not just a client. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, and they somehow know exactly when to push you and when to support you. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a great vibe. Every session leaves me feeling stronger, more confident and just really good about myself. Good value for money if you select the unlimited class membership. I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s easily one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. I absolutely love Strong. After not exercising for many years I didn’t know what to expect. The classes are engaging and varied that I don’t get bored and also feel challenged every class. It’s the first form of exercise that I am seeing results in a short period of time. The instructors are motivating and encouraging so I get the best out of every class. A big shout out to Amber for all her support during my journey here at Strong.
Strong Pilates Hope Island is the perfect mix of challenge and good vibes. The workouts are no joke!!!! you’ll sweat, shake, and definitely feel it the next day… but you keep coming back for more! The entire Strong team is amazing, and the atmosphere is always friendly, upbeat, and motivating. It’s become my favourite way to stay strong (and sane). Highly recommend!
