I am a self confessed Strong Pilates addict after having been attended various Strong Pilates studios over the past few years down in Sydney. Over. The years I have participated in several different modalities of fitness and am so appreciative of (and in love with) the combination of what Strong Pilates provides all in 45 mins - the perfect blend of Pilates, strength with a sprinkle of cardio delivered in the Strong Pilates class format. The Broadmeadow Strong Studio Team are super friendly & welcoming; this studio is very well designed with 20 RowFormers, 6 bikes and 14 rowers, phone charging lockers & stunning bathroom amenities, cold Eucalyptus infused towel at the end of the workout delivered to your RowFormer too. Thank you very much Ange and Crystal! Highly recommended 5* & we will definitely be back when we visit Newcastle again!
The most enjoyable way to exercise! I've tried many gyms before, but STRONG has turned working out into a fun and anticipated daily activity, rather than a tedious task. The staff are incredibly friendly, remembering everyone's names and faces, which fosters a great atmosphere and a strong sense of community. I've been attending STRONG for almost a month now and highly recommend it! I also love the set workouts each day which target all areas of your body!

We’ve been going to STRONG Broadmeadow since January and absolutely love it. After trying a few different gyms in the past, this has by far been the most enjoyable experience. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s the first time I’ve ever actually felt comfortable in a gym, which says a lot. The classes are well-structured, the space is clean and motivating, and there’s such a supportive vibe in every session. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive, encouraging workout community.
since tearing my acl playing sport a couple years ago, I have found it so hard to be motivated and stick to a fitness plan/goal but ever since joining STRONG at Broadmeadow I’ve been loving working out. The variety that the classes bring from strength and cardio, stability and Pilates only it hardly feels like a work out at all because you just have fun and listen to good tunes whilest doing it haha, not to mention all of the instructors are the best and have built such a welcoming and supportive community there. So so happy that I signed up! 🖤💪🏼
