I have recently started the Barre class on a Saturday morning with Tam. And I'm absolutely hooked. Don't let the name put you off. I am no ballerina.. but this class with have your glutes activated for the whole. So much fun. Great upbeat music and Tam's programming keeps it so fun and challenging I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to strengthen their booty and improve their balance ❤️
