Solar Yoga Ashram

Went on a Thursday evening in the and to my surprise was the only student in class. I got a wonderful private lesson at the class price and thoroughly impressed with the instructor and flow of the class. My body was sore the next few days. I'm going to get a class package. I ned to do more of these stretches in my life.

First half hour (psychophysical exercises) is great aerobic workout. Otherwise a traditional hatha class with attention given to breath, deep relaxation and asana/postures.
