I have not even completed my course yet but felt compelled to share my experiences thus far. Am currently here at the Bhagsu school undertaking the Yoga Therapy course, something that aligns with my beliefs that yoga should be for every body and everybody. It’s been wonderful so far. I also spend a lot of time in Dharamshala, and the school is so perfectly place for the beautiful walks that make this area so special. But beyond the course and location itself, what I have really absorbed from this school experience is the yogic life beyond the mat. This is my third TTC and I am personally very deep into trying to ‘live’ yoga in every possible way. But not coming from the culture of origin, it isn’t always easy to comprehend the whys and what’s of things. The simplest conversation at this school turns into an enlightening moment that turns on a lightbulb for me. There is no divider between the teachers and students. We eat together and this leaves room for these conversations. Even in class, the learnings expand beyond the curriculum. I have got so much more out of this course than the certificate I receive will even recognise. Some of these chats have been truly gamechanging and are evolving my practice beyond measure. Thanks you to the teachers - all of you - for truly loving and living the yogic path and sharing your deep, deep knowledge with us. It’s life changing. Oh, and a special mention to Shiva ji for the delicious food that you so tirelessly whip up for us three times a day. Watching you prepping in the morning whilst listening to the Gayatri Mantra is beautiful and guarantees that all the meals are made with love and lots and lots of lovely prana. Thanks guys. Certificate or no certificate, I’m feeling more on the path every day I am with you 🕉️💚 Hari om

My experience at Shree Hari Yoga was grounding and transformative, just what I was looking for. The very friendly staff always showed genuine interest and concern for all of our needs, displaying love and dedication to the craft and lifestyle. The schedule appealed to me, allowing for a structured daily routine with some free time to rest or study. The teachers are so knowledgeable and you leave the 200hr TTC wanting to learn even more. The kitchen chef Shiva did a fabulous job in preparing delicious, balanced dishes that energize you and are easily digested (very important for yoga!). Pranayama in the mornings with Alberto turned out to be my biggest discovery. The lower shala, where Pranayama was usually held, bordered on a wooded area, with colorful cawing birds swooshing between leafy trees. Attending Baskar-ji's philosophy classes felt like a priviledge. His glowing presence gave you a glimpse at what yoga could be, if followed rigorously. At the center of the vortex is Hari-ji, the founder of the school. With his fatherly demeanour we enjoyed the presence of a true Yogi, who radiates strength, compassion, and wisdom. We all learned so much from the staff and eachother. Visit this school for a unique, thorough insight into the world of Yoga in a caring, familiar environment. Thank you, Shree Hari Yoga School!

Sri Hari's Yoga school is a living community and is based in true yogic science and philosophy of non-duality or Advaita Vedanta of Adi Shankara Acharya. The sessions were full of energy vitality healing through alignment, balancing, right breathing and right understanding of how asanas work when we deal with specific illnesses and skeletal or muscular dysfunctions that enable deep transformation in all levels of the body-mind. Yoga asana daily practice, theory, in combination with pranayam had a major effect in correct understanding of the healing aspect of yoga. Wonderful well educated kind teachers facilitated the course, that helped us in many aspects. Sri Hari is an authentic genuine yogi an awakened radiant presence that spreads the spirit of Yoga. Puja in Navratri was performed in his school from real priests in reverence and devotion. Immense gratitude for that deep spiritual experience. The place I attended the 200h of Therapeutic Yoga teacher training was the magical holy town of Gokarna in Karnataka. Literally One, with nature the Yoga Shala and our rooms was a huge paradise with delicious so tasty hand-made -thrice a day- Indian vegetarian recipes full of health nutrients energy abundant and of course low calorie. The amazing ladies were nurturing us every day with their tenderness and their fantastic recipes and tonics with ma Laksmi as their leader. Thank you Sri Hari for your wisdom and hospitality. Hari Om Tat Sat.

One of the best yoga schools of India. Hari ji is an extremely knowledgeable man and is running the school with so much love and virtues. All the teachers are super cool, helpful and wise. This school is an ocean of knowledge and you can dive as deeply as you want. They have 3 beautiful shalas. The place is never overcrowded so it is very convenient for one to feel peace, solitude and grounded. The food is delicious and made with a lot of love. The kitchen staff is very caring. Being here feels like home.
