Jo has been practicing yoga for over 8 years but it was only after a challenge to practice yoga everyday for 108 days in 2010 that she fully realised how much a sustained yoga practice had the power to change her life for the better. She went on to complete her teacher training in Hatha Yoga through the International Yoga Teachers Association and has maintained a daily practice for almost three years, also attending weekly classes at Sheoak Yoga. With a passion for the unity of body, mind and breath that yoga brings as well as an understanding of how far the effects of yoga can seep into our lives, Jo can say without hesitation that she is taller, brighter, warmer and happier as a result of yoga. It is her intention to keep growing and breathing on her own yoga path and now to bring her experience and wisdom to others.
Robyn began practicing yoga when she left school. She trained as a yoga teacher with IYTA in 2006 and has been teaching her own classes as well as classes in inner city studios ,corporate workplaces and schools to teachers since her training. She is also a trained school teacher .
Robyn is currently studying with KYHF to be able to work designing practices for individuals . This augments her continuous professional development with IYTA and other international yoga teachers.
Paramount to her teaching is safe adaptions for the individual students.
