I’ve finally found a Pilates class that sparks joy! Cynthia is an incredible instructor - not only are her classes dynamic and engaging, she also has a thorough understanding of how the body connects and functions. In just a few months I’ve gained greater range of movement in my shoulder having struggled with an injury for 3 years and generally feel stronger and more flexible. Classes are small, varied, friendly and tailored to encourage individual progress.

Absolutely love pilates with Cynthia, she’s an amazing teacher. Each class is different and Cynthia has so much knowledge and experience across all the equipment. I enjoy each class and learning something new each time with great support along the way.

This is the best classic Pilates studio. It’s very well equipped and maintained. Cynthia is one of the most knowledgeable and caring and patient instructors. My husband and I started to see improvements in our posture and movement. I recommend her hundred percent.

I was a complete beginner a year ago and I am now an absolute convert! I was made to feel welcome and Cynthia was patient and encouraging at every step of the way. She corrects and explains the moves in a friendly and clear manner so I have been able to develop and build my confidence. I actively look forward to my Saturday morning sessions each week.

I have been doing Pilates with Cynthia for over 13 years now - she is the BEST teacher. She makes students feel welcome whatever their age or experience level, and is very good at showing us how we can adapt or modify our practice to accommodate where we are now, injuries, etc. This is not Pilates for show, it's Pilates for strength & flexibility. There is a wide range of options, from classic mat to spine corrector, magic circle and other supporting equipment that help you understand where the movement is coming from. She offers private sessions and small classes, in the studio and online; that flexibility of approach has enabled me to commit to two classes per week in the last year, and I feel all the better/stronger for it.
