GoogleDr. Ronit listens to the patient, and is very caring. Since I started chiropractic adjustments with her my allergies have improved, my knee pain and body alignment have also improved. The office staff is friendly and responsive Dr. Ronit is also very knowledgeable about foods and suppliments and doesn't mind sharing her knowledge with her patients.
I went in for pain, i believe it is/was sciatica. After the 1st 3 visits, i noticed a significant difference in pain intensity and frequency. ( a little background) i am a 62 yr. old male i am an avid cyclist, i ride with a group, we do 50/60 mile rides on weekends and i have to do some during week to keep up, so i avg. approx. 100+ mile weekly (in summer months). in LAte June/july, i noiced pain in rear of rt. leg, didn't think about sciatica. adjusted my seat on bike, felt better, as summer went on, did long rides, Poughkeepsie, Montauk. pain increased, and seemed to travel into buttocks, skipped mid leg, went from rear knee to buttocks/glute lft side. i took a month off, to see. 1st ride out felt pain, it was then i decided chiropractic. i did not do PT 1st, cause i feel i'm pretty knowledgeable, and in shape, that i didn' need any strengthening of muscles. Anyhow, after 4th visit, I'M GOOD! Pain is hardly noticeable, even when riding. i still feel it, as an annoyance? not totally gone. i have stopped treatment for now, since riding season is basically over. Hopefully over winter months i'll be completely better. but seeing my age, and my love for riding, IF I HAVE A PROBLEM AGAIN, I KNOW WHERE I'LL BE GOING! EVEN WITH THE FEW VISITS, I SEE THE TRAJECTORY OF MY PROGRESS, AND I KNOW IF I STILL ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ME. it seems something was rubbing, after adjustments, NOT SO MUCH. IT WORKS FOR ME. You gotta understand, its not a magic wand. I'm very fexible, (head to knees) my abs are real good. This is why i tried Chiropractics, GLAD I DID! GREAT PLACE, STAFF IS VERY NICE, THEY PROVIDE REMINDER TXTS. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO DR. RONIT AND STAFF. THANKS AGAIN.
Laser therapy, YES! I had deep inflammation and pain in my knee, it was difficult to push off the affected leg going upstairs. Thank you Dr. Ronit for suggesting the infrared laser treatment. After the session I wasn't completely pain free, but felt enough relief the next day, to schedule a second laser session. Thankfully 2 sessions was all I needed. Best of all the treatment is pain free.
Dr. Ronit saved my life literly,!!! In 2024 i was very sick i could not sleep , i could't eat and had 0 energy to get out of bed. I found Dr. Ronit by mistake and from that point forward i started the healing process by naw I'm completley heal;thy thanks to serenity Holistic Chiropractor Dr Ronit. Highly recomemded !!!!
