My very first yoga experience was with Vita and she was the best teacher ever. I have tried another yoga class but no one fit my needs. She really pays attention to all the movements I do and always helps improve and gives advice on what to improve. and of course she doesn't hesitate to give praise when I did my move perfectly. Lastly, of course the queen Rona is the bonus🥰 yoga with cats maybe can be your next class concept? haha thank you Vita💛

Love how Vita leads us through the class with a deep mindfulness. So glad I joined this class first thing in the morning it really wakening our body. She corrected each one of us, and taking steps gently. I definitely recommend going here to practice your yoga. She provided Kombucha at the end of the class and really neat and clean space for practice. Thank you Vita, I simply love your energy!

I have never practiced yoga before, so Vita is my first yoga teacher. Despite being my 1st time, with Vita’s step-by-step teaching, this yoga session with her was very enjoyable and relaxing. She was very knowledgeable and skillful of several types of yoga. I liked her professional and powerful movements and postures. With her clear explanation and cheer-up words along the way, I could follow her movements with ease. With her guidance, she made the sophisticated movements of yoga easy and enjoyable to follow. In spite of seemingly simple flow of yoga movements, the 1st session with her got me sweat a lot, boosting my metabolism considerably. I felt that I might have burned hundreds of calories. Felt so good after having practiced yoga with her. What I liked most about Vita’s teaching was that she was very caring of her students throughout the session. While demonstrating the poses for us to see as examples, she always checked and helped adjust the poses of each of us whether we did it the right way or not so as to yield the utmost health benefits for her students and to avoid any of our unexpected injuries. If you are looking for a calm, caring, and skillful yoga teacher, Vita is the answer! Highly recommend to you all!🥰
