GoogleI recently took Pranayama course from Mr. Ankur Bhati. It was a very well structured course. This is my first such course and I never believed I will enjoy courses like pranayama but I truly enjoyed it and I am feeling its benefits. Ankur is an extremely skilled master trainer and a good mentor. More than the techniques it is his preachings which I have enjoyed most and it will be my life learning lessons. Forever thankful to Ankur. I highly recommend it.
Ankur is a great teacher, motivator and guide for asana and pranayama practice. He is very grounded, open-minded and constantly looking for the best way to support his students. He has deep experiential knowledge in yoga practise, which is reflected in his cues and adjustments. I am very grateful to have spent a month of practise under him and look forward to coming back to his shaala soon.
I completed the in-person pranayama training with Ankur, and it was a truly enriching experience. I already work with functional breathing, but I wanted to deepen my understanding of more traditional and meditative techniques, and this training gave me exactly that. The explanations were very clear for each technique. I especially appreciated that we practiced a little every day, which allowed us to gradually integrate what we were learning. It helped me maintain a daily practice and truly experience what each technique meant, as well as understand the effect they have when combined and given the necessary time and attention. My experience was mainly felt during the practice itself: a deep connection with my body, greater awareness of subtle sensations during the breathing, and a strong sense of calm and inner peace. It was a very valuable training, both personally and professionally.
I have been doing yoga with Ankur since last three years. It’s really been the best thing that happened in my life. Ankur is an amazing teacher who guides you in every aspect so that the class becomes easy and you do everything mindfully. Overall his classes have brought strength, flexibility and relaxation with mindful breathing. I recommend everyone to learn yoga with Ankur!
Ankur is the best teacher, coach and advisor I have met. He focuses on whole body, helps you prepare for the Yoga practice vs taking directly into yoga poses. He focuses on building long term practices and help you achieve whatever goals one may have in this journey. I started working with Ankur in 2021, and the journey has been phenomenal. I like the way he considers all of us including himself as practitioners. He helped me build a regular, sustainable habit that includes both Asanas and Pranayama.
