GoogleGreat studio! They offer a variety of classes for different levels, both on the mat and on the machines. The instructors are professional and friendly. A special mention goes to the interior — a stylish loft-style space with carefully thought-out details in every corner. It’s truly pleasant to spend time in such an environment.
I’ve been doing one-on-one Pilates sessions here since July, working with an instructor who also understands my condition, which has made a huge difference. The sessions are tailored, effective, and genuinely help with strength and mobility. I usually do two sessions a week, and from what I’ve researched, the pricing is very reasonable. Today I tried my first semi private session, and it ended up being just me because the others cancelled, so I got a one-on-one for the semi private rate. It was intense but excellent. Highly recommend.

I’ve been attending Rig pilates for nearly 5 years now and feel I’ve benefited greatly due to the private lessons which are tailored to my needs. I feel really fit and strong with a good balancing ability, these exercises are very helpful to prevent me from falling as I get older. Thanks Nara
I tried a number of different instructors and all were professional, patient, effective, and passionate. Whilst not the cheapest, the studio, facilities, and trainers make this well worth it.
