I had my first one-on-one Pilates session at Rejenerate Pilates and it was such a great experience. I chose Jia as my instructor because her profile showed a lot of experience and a positive mindset, and she absolutely lived up to that. The 50-minute session was challenging in the best way: I worked hard, broke a sweat, and felt really good afterward. I could even feel that satisfying “worked” tightness around my waist where it should be! The studio felt welcoming and supportive, and Jia guided me with care and encouragement throughout the session. One small area for improvement: when booking through the app, I joined a waitlist for my preferred time slot, but there wasn’t much information about how the waitlist works. By the time I canceled the waitlist to try another time, I wasn’t able to book a session, possibly due to a system delay. It would be great if the app could provide clearer details about the waitlist process and real-time availability. Overall, I would definitely recommend Rejenerate Pilates, especially Jia, to anyone looking for a high-quality and motivating Pilates experience.

I’ve taken 50+ 1:1 sessions with Hailey, and the difference in my body has been incredible. As someone whose job often leads to poor posture and chronic tension, I used to deal with persistent pain. Since private sessions with her, those issues have improved significantly. Among so many instructors, Hailey truly stands out. She is incredibly analytical when it comes to understanding the human body and always approaches each session with thoughtfulness and precision. It’s clear that she continuously studies and refines her knowledge, and that level of dedication really shows in her teaching. What I appreciate most is how passionate she is about her work. Her enthusiasm for movement and body mechanics is contagious, and she’s helped me discover a genuine enjoyment in exercising rather than seeing it as something I have to do. I feel very lucky to have workout with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and inspiring Pilates instructor.

After having taken a long break (10+ years) from practicing daily pilates and deciding it was time to take my health more seriously, I was extremely happy to learn that a studio had opened close by where I live -- Rejenerate at Metrotown. I took the plunge in September 2025 with an intro private class with Elisa Ribeiro. I knew most of the terms and movements, but was quite rusty and needed expert guidance. I was so happy with Elisa and felt so comfortable with her that I quickly signed up for a 30+ package and to this day see her 2x per week in addition to a group class once per week. Pilated at Rejenerate is fun, the atmosphere is very relaxed and non-intimidating. Scheduling is easy but if you have a favorite instructor, I would highly recommend you book her many classes in advance as they get booked-up pretty quickly if they're the more popular class/instructor! Pricing is also very reasonable. I especially enjoy the serene and clean surroundings. If you are a newbie, please sign up for private classes before taking any group classes; in pilates form, alignment and proper breathing technique is vital to getting the most out of it -- so invest in private classes with an experienced instructor to guide you; it's an absolute must. Pilates at Rejenerate is accessible and incredibly enjoyable, which has helped me to stick to a weekly routine of 3x per week. I am so thankful for Rejenerate Pilates. (PS. I have been taking a 3:1 private Pilates session with Hailey for about a year now, and I can confidently say that I only take her classes because of the incredible experience she consistently provides. From day one, Hailey has been patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my progress. Every correction she gives is thoughtful and intentional, helping me better understand my body and continuously improve throughout my fitness journey. I have taken many exercise classes over the years, and often they can feel rushed—where instructors simply move through the class without truly paying attention to individual form or whether students fully understand the movements. Hailey is the complete opposite. She takes the time to focus on our strengths and weaknesses, tailoring her guidance to help us improve safely and effectively. Her attention to detail and care for proper form truly set her apart. Whenever I do not understand a movement, Hailey never hesitates to demonstrate it clearly and, when appropriate, uses a hands-on approach to help me connect with the movement and better understand how my body should feel. This level of care has helped me build confidence, body awareness, and strength in ways I have not experienced with other instructors. Beyond being an exceptional instructor, Hailey brings so much warmth and humor to every session. She is funny, approachable, and has genuinely become a great friend. I always look forward to our classes together because they are not only challenging and productive, but also enjoyable and motivating.
