I’ve had a great experience at this Pilates studio. Ana is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always pays close attention to proper form, which makes the classes feel safe and effective. I purchased the introductory 1:1 package with three private lessons and had the opportunity to try three different instructors. Serena was definitely the best fit for me. She has a warm, gentle personality and created a very comfortable learning environment. She thoughtfully tailored the session to my goals and provided clear cues along with helpful hands-on guidance. I especially appreciated her balanced pacing — the workout was challenging but never overwhelming, and I felt properly worked without being exhausted. I would love to join one of her group classes in the future. Location wise, this studio is right at the Skytrain station, which is super convenient for the people who don’t drive.

I loved how she gave very clear and specific feedback on what I needed to improve. I’ve been doing prenatal yoga in this studio since 5 months pregnant. Tho I’ve never tried Pilates before, my instructor Emelly made the whole journey very easy and enjoyable for me. She customises the training every class based on my pregnancy stage and body condition, with a good mix of strength and mobility exercises. I’m entering my 9 months pregnancy now and barely feel much back pain or leg cramping thanks to the Pilates. Highly recommend Emelly to any mommy-to-be! ❤️
