My Indonesian massage therapist was excellent — very skilled, attentive, and thoughtful, always checking if the pressure was comfortable and adjusting when needed. I usually visit a spa once a month, but in my seven years of spa rituals, Rayya Wellness Spa – The Palm Retreat has given me the best experience so far. Before my treatment, I spent some time in the jacuzzi and sauna, which made me feel so refreshed and ready to relax. I had a 90-minute treatment — a Swedish massage and a facial — and it was absolutely amazing. Hera, the technician, was incredibly professional and made me feel completely relaxed. Abbey was extremely knowledgeable, has a clear focus on people and wellness, and has cleared his back pain which he's suffered from for so many years. Had a wonderful experience at Joesika Spa. The ambiance was calm, clean, and very relaxing. The massage itself was excellent and truly rejuvenating. A special mention to therapists Hanna and Heri — they were extremely professional, skilled, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place and definitely ask for them if you visit!
