I use the infrared sauna at Pura Vida on a regular basis and I love it! The place has a beautiful relaxed vibe and the staff are always bringing a wee bit of bliss into my visits. Go there… it’ll be good for you!

Kim was absolutely amazing for my colon hydrotherapy appointment today. She makes you feel so comfortable and supported throughout your appointment. She also puts no pressure on you to come back for more, which I really appreciate because it just shows how authentic she is. I highly recommend anyone to come see Kim and I will be going back regularly now
I had such an amazing massage. My therapist was incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable. She was able to discern exactly where I was holding tension and how to treat it. I left feeling heard, understood and so much lighter. The space felt so warm and homely and the receptionist was absolutely lovely, I felt welcomed and held. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a grounded heart centered space to drop in, let go and be re inspired toward self care.
