I attended a Hatha Yoga session here that ended with a touch of Reiki, and it was one of the most calming, uplifting experiences I’ve had. The instructor had such a peaceful energy and created a beautiful atmosphere with soft lighting, a soothing eucalyptus scent, and thoughtful personal touches. The poses were easy to follow with no pressure, just gentle encouragement to move at your own pace. The music was so relaxing and towards the end, it was a live guitarist softly humming a beautiful tune! The Reiki at the end left me completely relaxed and centered. I loved the personal note on each mat and the positive message card under the mat at the end. Such a thoughtful, heartwarming experience. I left feeling renewed and immediately signed up for more sessions. Highly recommend!

I and my friend had rented out a studio at Prana. We had a small batch and hence this studio was perfect for us to conduct a small fitness and wellness activities. The space had good lighting and awesome energy. We thoroughly enjoyed using the space. Ample free parking facilities at the back of the studio building and great hospitality by Mr. Navin. Loved it and would definitely come back to this place.
