Rachel did an absolutlely phenomonal teaching the Tuesday Night Class!! she actually corrected your form and make sure you were doing EVERY SINGLE exercise right and encouraged you to push!! best pilates class ever!!! i will for sure be coming back here
I can’t express how much I love this studio. I have been coming 4-5 days every week for the past year. Staff is wonderful. The instructors are amazing, very knowledgeable. The studio is very cozy and always welcoming. One thing I will say is, we need more Level 2 classes available (with Michelle Unzueta). She really understands the practice. We’re always excited to have her, but we need her more! Thanks Polestar!
I bought a package of 10 classes, my Intro class was with Debaugnn and I was impressed with him , super nice and knowledgeable. Today was my first class and he was the instructor again … I was lucky enough to have him again and I would request the owner to give him more hours for weekends and evenings during the week as I requested him with Danielle for my future classes and she said he doesn’t have a lot of hours. He will be my first choice to book my classes again . Thank you 😊
