Kasey is absolutely phenomenal. I struggled the past year with post partum recovery and a back injury. I booked private sessions with Kasey and she has guided me back to a place where I feel like I have trust back in my body and back. She has supported me so much during my recovery. I’ve been a member at Pilates on the Terrace for 1.5 years now and I still love it just as much (if not more!) than when I first joined. The quality of classes and instructors is consistently amazing, you can book any time slot and know you’ll get a challenging, well-structured session with a knowledgeable teacher. Each class has a great flow, clear cueing, and just the right amount of burn all while still feeling calm and relaxing. The studio space itself is beautiful, bright, open, filled with greenery, and it always smells lovely. I also really appreciate the thoughtful schedule, with plenty of mid-morning and weekend class options. You can really tell how much care and effort goes into running the studio, it’s such a welcoming, zen environment and I always leave feeling stronger and more grounded. Couldn’t recommend it more!
