I cannot recommend Pilates on Point highly enough! After an accident left me with a broken L1 vertebra and 2 breaks in my knee, I turned to Pilates in search of recovery. Having been an athlete my entire life, I've faced numerous injuries, including a shoulder fracture that caused me chronic pain and numerous restrictions for over a decade. Since I began my Pilates journey at POP just over a year ago, I have experienced an incredible transformation. Kylie, the owner and instructor, has been instrumental in my recovery. Her expertise and personalized approach have helped me regain mobility in my shoulder, and I can finally lay on my back with my shoulders flat—a milestone I never imagined possible after ten years! Kylie is not just an exceptional teacher; she genuinely cares about her students’ well-being. Her classes are challenging yet incredibly rewarding, making it easy to push through even the most brutal workouts while still enjoying the process. I’ve been coming to Pilates on point for approximately a year now and love the way your warmly welcomed and feel very much at home in this studio. The owner Kylie is so knowledgeable and all the staff are very engaging and helpful. They really want you to get the best out of your session. I'd highly recommend coming here.
Kylie and all of team are not only extremely professional and knowledgeable but are filled with good energy and laughter. I walk away from every class feeling good in both mind and body. My husband and I took advantage of the introduction offer to see if we liked the studio and if it was the right fit for us. We loved it so much we’ve stayed and now attend classes together at least 3 times a week. We’ve taken classes with Kylie, Anna, Ally & Nikki and each instructor is so knowledgeable, helpful & extremely welcoming. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to join or check out a Pilates studio this is it! I’ve also got a few back issues and each instructor makes sure I am comfortable with the sequence we are doing but also has the knowledge to offer me a variation that my body feels comfortable with.
