It was a class with Jane in a lovely studio next to the park, with such a refreshing view. She guided me so gently and clearly throughout the session. With precise tactile cues on posture and pelvic alignment, the movements weren’t intense, yet I could truly feel my body working in the right way. I left feeling deeply comfortable and grounded — it reminded me, this is what Pilates is all about.

Best pilates studio on the planet…instructors who actually monitor and correct technique, nice down to earth people in the classes because it run by nice down to earth people, clean, all ages, all shapes, good variety of classes, great location…best of all, my core strength started improving after about a month and now after one year of twice a week classes it is ridiculously improved. Yes, it hurts a bit sometimes like any exercise but it is fun and supportive so you don’t dread going there and most of the time you actually look forward to it.

I've been really impressed with Jane and her team — they're fantastic! They pay close attention to form, help build strength, and always make sure you're getting the most out of each class. There's a real focus on individual progress, which makes every session feel worthwhile. On top of that, the studio has a welcoming, community feel that makes it easy to stay motivated and keep coming back. It's not just a workout — it's a boost for both body and mind. Highly recommend!

Pilates on Collingwood was a fantastic experience and kickstart to reformer fitness. I enjoyed the physical perks and confidence that regular classes gave me. The instructors were skilled and knowledgeable guides. I’m still waiting for Jane to install a slide or pole for an easier departure after some of the more challenging sessions..

After a 2 year break from Yoga classes, I decided to try Pilates. A friend recommended the Aging Strong classes at Pilates On Collingwood Street and I couldn't be happier. I can feel my strength and flexibility returning after only 4 months of classes. As well as feeling very supported by experienced and professional instructors, I also enjoy the camaraderie during classes.
