One of the best Pilates studios I’ve ever been to! The studio is always very clean, well-maintained, and feels comfortable to work out in. Most of the instructors I’ve taken classes with are incredibly kind and patient, which makes a big difference. Also, a big shoutout to the receptionist who has been always so helpful whenever I have questions about the class schedule. I would definitely recommend this studio to my friends and family ❤️

I bought a package here and have been loving the classes! I’ve been coming about once a week for 4-5 months now; and have definitely noticed a change on my posture and overall strength + health! I want to give a shoutout to Haery, Hazel, and Julia. I’ve taken all their classes and each have humbled me through each intense and rewarding class 😂 The ladies here are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive; I’ve been educated and worked on muscles I didn’t even know exist! I had constant shoulder and lower back pain from sitting at my desk for long hours, and even going to the gym didn’t help much. After starting Pilates here, I noticed a big improvement. At first the movements were tough, but over time my body started finding its balance, my posture improved, and the pain reduced a lot. The location is super convenient—it’s right in front of the SkyTrain station, so it’s easy to come by after work. The instructor is very professional and attentive, which makes every session both effective and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
